Pisa is famous for its glorious ancient churches that are still in excellent shape. These buildings have become colossal tourist attractions making them a must-see for the people who come to visit. The Pisa Baptistery of St. John is one of the top best churches here. It dates back at least 1,000 years and offers an attractive interior and unbelievable exterior.

There is the Basilica Romanica di San Piero a Grado, built on top of land where St. Peter the disciple of Jesus was said to have landed around 44AD.
