Mount Olympus is the seat of the gods in Greek Mythology. Its physical location is at the Olympus Range between Thessaly and Macedonia. You can have an experience of where Zeus and Hades ruled the world from by climbing to the top of the mountain. Footpaths which are located to the top of the mountain makes this experience very adventurous. It might seem daunting at first but hiking to the top of Olympus, especially when it’s not snow season is not very difficult. It is one of the activities travelers often partake in, not only because of the mythological meaning of the mountain but also because it’s a very beautiful climb offering amazing views from its top.
