British Museum is Britain’s most popular and largest museum, covering about 900,000 square feet of space. There are at least 8 million objects to explore in the museum, representing cultures from more than a hundred countries. One of the biggest attractions in the museum is the 196 BC Rosetta Stone, which is used in deciphering Egyptian hieroglyphs. It’s definitely a place to get knowledge and insight into the most important aspects of human history from thousands of years back until recently. Don’t miss the Elgin Marbles, collection of Classical Greek marble sculptures dating back 477 BC. Click the next ARROW to see the next photo!
