The Togo Fufu, which they consume with palm nut soup, is very popular, not only in African but across certain regions of the world. The fufu comes from yam that has been pound with a pestle until it smoothens. Some people prefer to consume it with goat meat while others would go with grilled chicken with chili sauce.
