This is another Roman Catholic edifice in Parma in dedication to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This is the seat of episcope of the Diocese of Parma. Its architecture is categorized as Italian Romanesque. Antonio Correggio himself, an illusionistic and influential fresco, decorated its famous dome. Its paintings are described nowadays as three-dimensional style.
