Reunion Island is a region of France, but geographically it’s near Madagascar and Mauritius. It’s known as the world’s deadliest island because of the number of shark attacks that occurred on its beaches. Seventeen shark attacks took place in it between 2011 and 2015, and seven of them resulted to death. Click the next ARROW to see the next image!
