Well, here are more interesting facts about this country which happens to be the ninth largest country in Europe and one of the most visited in the continent. Poland is the European country with the highest number of Christians. An average Christian in Poland is Catholic. A National census in Poland reported that over 85% of Poles are Catholics. Even more than in Italy. It is believed that the Catholic church and Poles have a long standing relationship that has stood the test of time. Pope John Paul II was from Poland as well.
