Belonging to the five most beautiful villages of the Cinque Terre region in Italy, this destination is located in one of the coastal towns in Italy and boasts of colorful houses situated on the rocky slopes of the hills and the Mediterranean. Picture perfect scenery and regional dishes make this village a great choice for a weekend getaway. Manarola is the penultimate town that makes up the Cinque Terre, just before reaching Riomaggiore. Manarola is characterized by being full of life, magnificent restaurants and its architectural appeal, which fills a rock with colorful houses and which the poet Lino Crovara described at the time as “A beehive on the rock, a nest of seagulls high above the waves, a town where the slight whisper of the waves caresses the attentive ears of the soul ”. If we arrive in Manarola by train, we will have to cross a small gallery that connects the town with the station and that has its walls decorated with murals. What to see in Manarola? the best answer is to enjoy Manarola. This town invites you to stroll through its colorful streets, which usually leaves a very pleasant and relaxing feeling among tourists, as well as being very easy to navigate, within the reach of anyone. The main one in the town is called “Via di Mezzo” and it is the place where local restaurants and businesses gather to buy some souvenir of our visit to Cinque Terre.
