This is the most beautiful bridge in Florence and surely one of the most photographed in the world. It was the only one in the city which was not destroyed during the withdrawal of the Germans in 1944, it is said that under the express order of Hitler. This bridge, which today is the headquarters of goldsmiths and jewelers stores, until 1565 was occupied by butchers and fruit growers. The best time to cross it is at sunset, when the atmosphere is so romantic. Click the next ARROW to see the next photo!
