In 1715, a hundred-foot 3-masted galley was launched as a slave ship under Lawrence Prince its commander. In 1717, it went down in a storm and sank more than 400,000 gold and silver coins with it. It known to have been captured by a pirate named Black Sam Bellamy on that year but a storm overpowered the ship and the crew killing everyone onboard. Click the next ARROW to see the next image!
