An area that was settled during the Renaissance, this area differs from much of the medieval feel of Venice. Stroll along the Strada Nova to see fruit and vegetable stalls, shops, bakeries and gelaterias. Also located here is the Jewish Quarter and the churches of Madonna dell’Orto and Miracoli.
