Citizens of Ukraine love to have a good time, and they love a good hamburger. McDonald’s noticed this and decided to set shop. Currently, McDonalds has over 80 outlets in Ukraine. Additionally, McDonalds has had competition in Ukraine. Its name is in English, it sells tasty hamburgers, it is the most popular in its country of origin, its name begins with MC, but do not get confused, we are talking about MCfoxy the most popular hamburger chain in Ukraine. This chain can be found in the main Ukrainian cities, as well as in shopping centers and train stations. At first glance, hamburger menus do not differ much from their North American competitor, however Mcfoxy attributes their success to their knowledge and closeness with Ukrainian consumers, and is so representative of the local gastronomic culture that even chef Anthony Bourdain, included a visit to this chain, when he recorded his program in the city of Kiev.
