Expand your knowledge of the world by visiting this museum established in 1838 by naturalist Giuseppe de Christoforis, who donated its collection to the museum. It is the oldest civic museum, and it contains a collection of research initiatives for more than 180 years. The museum is divided into five different sections, each one presents different parts of research. There are 23 rooms within the walls with each of them representing a different aspect of study including paleontology, zoology, mineralogy, and the history of man.
