Set in Somerset countryside is the beautiful and romantic Wells Cathedral. It is the seat of the Bishop for Wells and Bath. The feature that made this cathedral unique from most British cathedrals constructed during the Norman period is that it was built in Gothic style. Since 1239, the cathedral has undergone many renovations, but still it stands just like the one in the medieval period. Click the next ARROW to see the next image!
