The DolomitiBellunesi was established in 1990 and is regarded today as the most visited national park in Italy. It encompasses 32,000 hectares of land with more than 15 municipalities. The northmost fringes of the park and wild are unvisited, making it a remote area that offers the true value of wilderness. The area is composed of rich flora and fauna including rhododendron, edelweiss, Carduus, and several other alpine plants.
