What is Monaco Famous/Known For?
Lining the coastline of the Mediterranean along the French border there is a little, independent state called Monaco. Monaco is known for high-end casinos, a harbor lined with beautiful yachts and the scenic Monte-Carlo. These are some of the things Monaco is famous for; Hollywood loves Monaco, no doubt! The little principality has been the backdrop of over 50 movies and as the years roll by this number will certainly go up. During the Grand Prix, the wine cellars of Hotel de Paris experience massive sales. Over 2000 bottles of champagne are sold from the cellars.
