Cruising your way to the north will give you a chance to eat the national dish of the Scotland, Haggis. This is actually a traditional sausage from sheep stuff. It offers a nutty flavor, but is actually so delicious. Although the recipe is considered quite old, contemporary versions have given it some sort of a twist by adding some popular ingredients.
