Considered to be the best museum in the Dodecanese Island Chain, this museum offers many interesting exhibits that date back up to 7,000 years. These include a marble statue of Aphrodite and a marble head of Helios (both from the 2nd century BC) and funerary slabs from the period of the Knights Hospitaller Order of Saint John (1309 to 1522).
