This is where the wife of William Shakespeare, Anne Hathaway, lived during her childhood. It is a thatched farmhouse with 12 rooms. During the 15th century, the earliest portion of the surviving house was built. Meanwhile, the higher portion of the house was built in the 17th century. The restoration of this home was done in the 19th century, making it a museum for public viewing.
