To experience a killer mountain, you can look no further than this 6,288-foot giant. With a rapidly shifting weather, it experiences hurricane force winds and summer ice pellets that have resulted in 100 deaths. In fact, the strongest wind gust that was ever measured on the planet was recorded in this mountain. The recording was made by Mount Washington Observatory in 1934, and set a world record of 372 km / h, which was held until 1996. Mt. Washington, known for its high wind speed, mentioned for many accidental deaths, is located in the White Mountain Range, in New Hampshire. The north-south stretch of the White Mountain Presidential Range is thought to play a crucial role in anticipating the winds and blind storms of the Atlantic Ocean, causing tremendous weather disturbances with strong winds and heavy rainfall. Low temperatures in winter, strong winds, rapid weather changes, carelessness and inaccurate meteorological information have been the causes of many accidents. Reaching the mountain in recent years is not difficult, due to accurate weather information, the opening of safe passageways and various guides in the climbing area. Achievement can be done in several ways such as walking, driving, van or local climbing train. Walking climbs do not follow the same trajectory in the summer months as they do in the winter months, in order to avoid the many snowfalls. The mountain has most of the basement forested, with very beautiful landscapes for walking, but the most amazing are the views in the summit of Mt. Washington. I recommend taking the train to save time, and then exploring the top of the mountain or photographing the beautiful landscapes of the mountain. Click the next ARROW to see the next image!
